Namak design, revisited by Dusksong Namak design, revisited by Dusksong
I refined the design that I came up with years ago [link] .

These oceanic mammals travel in slow-moving pods, migrating from their winter feeding grounds in the Mid-Tualo to the cold capes and coves of Northern Rikoa. Though the superstitious people there fear them for their haunting, keening cries, they are gentle giants.

Great details, it looks like a plausible cetacean...I love the wrinkly texture in the front half of the body, and I see features of a dugong or whale & brachiosaur...Very cool...

Thanks so much! I was actually inspired by a (rather gristly looking) photo of a dead basking shark. The skin had wrinkled in the sun, and then my mind linked it with the idea of a pliosaur...and I ended up sketching all night.
