So it's been a while.
But the sun is warm and the breezes are accented with water and growing things, and the nights are filled with the sounds of spring peepers and the winking lights of glowworms.
Life is in the air again.
I spent the past weekend out camping, and I have to tell you---it was so hard to come back indoors for school this week. Something about the wild air settles in your lungs and doesn't let you rest until you've immersed yourself in it again. Something about the community that a fire creates, the silence that the star-soaked woods compel, something about the Creator-song that rings throughout creation that reminds you that there is so much more than what is simply in sight.
...and obviously makes people wax ridiculously poetic.

"After several long moments - or it might have been half an hour - or possibly several sunlit days - they broke apart" (Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince)
And indeed. I'm super-eager to get my garden started again, and all our trees are starting to leaf-bud impatiently.
